Never get locked into a schedule. If you do, you become predictable. If you become predictable, then your friends will hide where they know you're going to be, and scare the crap out of you. Just sayin'.
However if you don't have friends, being on a schedule can get you noticed. I'm sure I would notice the chubby guy that always takes a bathroom break at 10:23 or the cute girl who buys double fudge chocolate ice cream everyday after work. Just sayin'
